video games and violent movies

In my opinion, video games are not affecting children negatively.To be more specific,a video game can be educational someone may say if not one of the best ways to spend your free tiime.On the other hand,a video game can totally destroy you if you do not control yourself in terms of the amount of the  hours playing.What i am trying to say is that if one manages to control himself and refrain from becoming additictive,he is going to be just fine.On the contrary someone who has not learnt how to set a limit to himself, no matter of the video game,which might be super mario or even a war game,he is going to face many problems some of which will propably concern health and comunication with other people as well.
